上大號不講！童疑遭鞭打暴哭 住戶蒐證
桃園龜山一所幼兒園，小朋友在陽台嚎啕大哭，鄰居看園長拿棍子有揮打發出聲響的動作，擔心又是虐童案件，拿起手機蒐證後公開影片，但園長說當下只是打牆壁要小朋友配合，並沒有真的打，而且家長知情也不追究，但教育局說這個行為已經觸法，除了開罰外，還要調查是否要廢除幼兒園的營業執照。
晚上用餐時間，突然傳來小孩子淒厲的哭聲。
園長vs.孩童：「閉起來喔，你要吃要玩都會講，就上大號不講。」
女子在陽台上，一邊飆罵一邊拿著棍子，發出敲打的聲音，但小朋友沒有因此平靜下來，反而越哭越大聲。
園長vs.孩童：「還敢不敢上大號不講，要不要說，說，進去。」
哭聲加拍打聲實在太大聲，而且持續了好一陣子，擔心小朋友受虐，對面的鄰居把整個過程錄影公開，實際回到這所幼兒園，園長還原現場極力澄清。
幼兒園園長：「在這一邊，我們弄了一盆水給他洗排泄物爆買，弄好水在這邊他不要，我們老師抱上去幫他洗，他就把水弄掉一直哭。」
20日晚間桃園龜山某間幼兒園，疑似傳出虐童事件，鄰居錄影蒐證，園長澄清並沒有用棍子打小孩，只是打牆壁要孩子聽話，當天家長接小孩，也有向媽媽告知。
幼兒園園長：「老師有拍他屁股，我就說你哭，你哭，哭我就打你喔，你再哭，一直哭一直哭又不給洗臀部，我說打喔打喔打喔，就這樣子啊。」
幼兒園園長：「他媽媽來我就跟他講，我說對不起今折扣活動天有打兩下，媽媽一看說沒關係沒關係，這也沒有什麼。」
龜山派出所所長馮理澤：「家長也認為小孩並未受傷，無意願提告。」
雖然家長不打算追究，教育局看了影片後，表示這行為已違法，將要開罰。
教育局幼兒教育科長辛采芳：「清裡孩子便溺物時，以手拍打幼兒的臀部，以棍子敲打圍牆，威脅幼兒要配合清洗，教育局將處幼兒園負責人，6萬元罰鍰。」
小孩子不聽話，園長鞭打牆壁嚇小孩，聽這哭聲這麼淒厲，也難怪住戶會認為，有人在虐待孩童，現在教育局不只開罰，還成立小組調查，是否要廢除幼兒園的設立許可。
