母剪檳榔剪斷兒手指 男童討抱出意外
新北市永和一名媽媽，在住處做家庭代工剪檳榔，當時一歲8個月的兒子，在一旁玩耍，卻跑過來向媽媽討抱，媽媽沒注意到他把手伸出來，還伸進檳榔剪裡，把兒子右手食指第一節剪斷了，當場血流如注，緊急送醫，警方初判是一起意外。
一顆顆小小的綠色果實，包上荖葉不少人每天都得來上幾顆，這包檳榔也是一門技術，熟練的拿起剪刀將不需要的部分去除。
用的就是這種剪定鋏，專門用來修剪花草樹木檳榔攤也會用上，刀鋒的地方相當鋒利，如今卻傳出有小朋友調皮，導致手指被剪斷。
剪定鋏賣家：「這樣子剪這樣子剪。」
19日早上一名女子，在新北紀念日禮物市永和安樂路住處，做家庭代工剪檳榔貼補家用，沒想到正在工作時，一歲多的兒子突然前來討抱，還把手指伸到檳榔剪裡，媽媽沒有注意剪了下去，當場把兒子手指剪斷嚇得報警，警消好康偷偷說到場發現男童右手食指，第一指節只剩皮膚相連，緊急將他送醫搶救。
受傷男童家屬：「只有媽媽跟小孩子在家，她可能是在剪檳榔，然後小孩子就剛好過去，就不小心去剪到手指。」
剪斷兒子手指的33歲的林姓女子，從越南嫁來台灣，為了幫忙家中經濟才會向檳榔攤，包下家庭代工負責剪和包檳榔，這回受傷的男童身上沒有發現其他傷痕，初步排除家暴的可能性，因為傷口平整要接回還有機會，但畢竟小小年紀就斷了刷卡購物優惠手指，也讓做父母的相當焦急。
